QR menu + restaurant website · Koh Samui

฿14,900/year · renews at ฿14,900 each anniversary · or ฿3,490 one-time setup + ฿1,490/month

A QR menu and website you can update from your phone.

Your menu, live before the plates are cleared. Guests scan, choose English or one of six fully translated languages and order — and you print a fresh menu the same day, without a designer. Five more supported languages stay off and hidden from guests.

No form to fill in. Send us a message and we will arrange a 15-minute walkthrough there, in your own time.

Where the money goes

Four people you stop paying every month.

This is the part restaurants feel. AI does the first draft of the work that used to need a freelancer — and you approve every word and picture before a guest sees it.

The photographer

AI makes the dish photo that never got taken, or improves the one you have — in your house style, from your own reference pictures.

No reshoot. No studio day, no stylist, no waiting for the busy season to end.

See the photo tools

The menu designer

AI lays out a print-ready menu from your real dishes, photos and prices, in portrait or landscape, in up to three languages.

Every week, if you like. Change the specials on Monday, print them on Tuesday.

The copywriter and translator

Descriptions written for dishes that have none, then prepared for the supported language set. English and six fully translated languages are available to guests; five supported options stay off and hidden.

Every menu, every enabled language. One click, then you read it.

See the languages

The person updating your website

Change a price, hide a sold-out dish, swap the welcome photo. The site, the QR menu and the print file are the same menu.

No web developer invoice for a price change — and no week of waiting.

See the owner area

AI is a first draft, not a final answer. Compare generated food photos with the real dish, and check every line of a printed menu before it goes to the printer. See exactly what it does.

Your website

The same menu, on your own address, so visitors who are still deciding can find you.

What it does

Twelve jobs, one owner area.

Each of these is something a restaurant actually has to do. Pick the one that costs you the most time today.

The owner area

Your menu moves at your pace.

A busy service is not the moment to learn software. The owner area opens on what needs doing, then gets out of the way.

  • Add, edit and reorder dishesNames, descriptions, prices, options and photos — no technical skill needed.
  • Hide what has sold outTake a dish off the guest menu without deleting it, and put it back tomorrow.
  • A checklist that tells you what is leftEleven setup steps, and each one drops off the list once it is done.
  • It warns you before you lose workLeave the page with unsaved changes and the owner area says so first.

The guest experience

A better menu in the seconds after the scan.

No account, no app, no waiting for a paper menu. The food arrives on the screen the guest is already holding.

A menu that speaks first

Your regulars and your tourists. Both feel at home.

Twelve languages are supported total. Guests can choose English and six fully translated languages: Thai, French, Russian, German, Chinese and Italian. Hindi, Arabic, Malay, Indonesian and Hebrew are off and hidden from guest menus. Fourteen currency choices keep prices feeling local.

12languages

English and six fully translated languages are currently available on guest menus. Five supported languages are off and hidden from guests until enabled.

  • Falls back to English when a translation is missing
  • Warns you when English changed and a translation needs updating
  • Optional staff-language handoff for the order

For a restaurant on Samui this is the quiet win: a Russian family, a French couple and a Thai regular all read the same menu, in their own words, without anyone translating at the table.

Whatever your menu is printed on, that is where we start.

Start from the paper menu

Start with the menu you already have.

Photograph a printed menu, a handwritten page or a photo of the old board. AI reads every dish and price, and nothing changes until you have checked the list yourself.

  • Any menu you already ownPrint, handwriting, a screen, or the specials board — sideways photos included.
  • You approve every dishCorrect prices, assign sections, then import the whole list once.
  • No duplicate dishesIt recognises dishes you already have and shows price changes instead of adding them twice.
Bring my paper menu

A very long menu is read a few pages at a time, so you can check as you go.

Photos and descriptions

Better presentation. Without the reshoot.

Missing a description, or a photo that was never taken? AI can write it, make it, or improve a real photograph — in one consistent house style, from your own dishes as the reference.

01

Write one dish, or fill the gapsA single description, or every missing one in a pass.

02

Create the missing photographsOne dish at a time, or a batch that runs while service continues.

03

04

Keep one house styleA built-in preset, or one of your own photos as the guide.

AI images can change real details. Compare the ingredients, shape and plating with the real dish before publishing.

Make it yours

Start with your identity. Let the menu carry it.

A menu should look like the restaurant, not like a template with your name on it. Logo, welcome image, colours and type all live in one place — and they carry through to the printed menu.

AI can create or enhance a welcome photo, or read a colour scheme straight out of one of your own pictures. You preview everything before it is used.

  • Upload, generate or enhance a logo — you review it before it is used
  • Eight colour schemes and four type styles, or your own colours
  • Match a colour scheme from one of your own photographs

Direct ordering

Orders that arrive clearly.

Guests choose dishes, options and quantities, see the total, then show staff a clear order. For delivery the same order goes to WhatsApp. No commission on a menu that is already yours.

  • Options, quantities, running totalThe guest sees exactly what was chosen before the order leaves the screen.
  • One clear view for staffDishes, choices, totals, payment and the table note in one place.
  • Cash, PromptPay QR or bank transferOnly the methods you actually accept.

Today the order stays in the guest's browser and hands off through staff or WhatsApp. It is not yet an automated kitchen queue or an order-management database.

QR codes and social posts

One current menu. Every place customers look.

The code on the table, the link in a message and the post on your page all open the same menu, so nothing goes stale.

Get found online

The search details, done for you.

A beautiful menu can still be hard for a search engine to understand. Missing titles, descriptions and image text are filled in overnight — the job nobody at the restaurant has time for.

Know what AI is doing

AI should save time. Not create mystery.

You see what is left and roughly what each job costs before you spend another credit. No surprise invoice at the end of the month.

Private and secure

Your menu is public. Your owner area is not.

Setup creates your own private owner login — no shared default password, and nothing a visitor can change.

Safe sign-inOnly a signed-in owner can change anything, and other websites cannot make changes for you.
Hard to break intoStrong password rules, limits on repeated attempts, and a safe way to reset a forgotten password.
Private files stay privateVisitors can only open the files that are meant to be public.

The product provides a strong application baseline. HTTPS, production secrets, infrastructure security, backups, monitoring and updates remain deployment responsibilities.

Built for rooms like this

Small teams. Full tables. No spare hours.

Every screen on this page is the product a guest and an owner use during a normal service — not a mockup, not a concept.

How it works

Live in three moves.

Start with what you already have. Shape it until it feels like your restaurant. Then put the menu where guests already are.

01

Bring the menu

Photograph your paper menu, or add the dishes yourself.

02

Make it yours

Check every dish and price, add the missing photos, set your logo and colours.

03

Place and serve

Put the QR code on the tables, share the link, and change prices whenever you need to.

Who it is for

You want the menu to work as hard as your team.

  • You change prices oftenAnd every change should not become a design project.
  • Your guests are internationalAnd a menu in their language makes the whole visit easier.
  • Direct orders matterBecause the customer relationship is yours to keep.
  • Your photos and copy are incompleteAnd you want practical AI help with the final say.

The useful answers

Questions owners ask before they start.

No jargon, no vague promises: what the product does today, what depends on setup, and what you own at the end.

Ask a real person
Do guests need to download an app?

No. They scan the QR code with the phone camera and the menu opens in the browser. No app, no signup, no password.

Can I update the menu while I am serving?

Yes. The owner area works on a phone. Change a price, a dish or a sold-out item, save it, and the public menu shows the new state.

Which languages can guests choose?

Twelve languages are supported total. Guests can currently choose English and six fully translated languages: Thai, French, Russian, German, Chinese and Italian. Hindi, Arabic, Malay, Indonesian and Hebrew are currently off and hidden from guest menus.

What does it cost?

The annual plan is ฿14,900 for 12 months and renews at ฿14,900 on each anniversary. Or choose monthly: ฿3,490 one-time setup plus ฿1,490 per month. Your first month is ฿4,980, then ฿1,490 each month.

Do I own the website and the code?

Yes. The design, the photos you supplied and the code are yours. You can keep it hosted with us on either plan, or take the code to another developer. Some AI features run through our AI account, so away from our hosting they need another AI provider connected — a normal job for a developer, and the restaurant keeps working without them.

What does the search help actually do?

Every morning at 5:00am it fills in missing search details for the menu and its images. It never replaces wording you wrote. It helps you be found; it cannot guarantee a ranking or extra visitors.

Can AI change my real food or my logo?

It can change small details even when asked not to. Check food photos, ingredients and your logo before publishing. You approve every piece before a guest sees it.

How do delivery and table orders work?

Guests build the order on the menu and check it, then show staff or send it to you on WhatsApp. Table notes travel with the order. Orders do not yet appear on a kitchen screen.

Can I print my own menus?

Yes. Choose the dishes, portrait or landscape and up to three languages, and the app designs a print-ready page from your real prices and photos. Save it, print it, or send it to us to print.

Do I have to stop using delivery apps?

No. You choose how orders reach you, and you keep direct contact with your customers instead of paying commission just to have a menu online.

Everything included

The work of five people you do not have to hire

A designer for the menu, a photographer for the dishes, a copywriter for the descriptions, a translator for the languages, an SEO consultant for the search text. They are all in the admin, they are all included, and none of them need a brief, an invoice or a meeting.

  • AI logo generator A logo drawn for you, or the one you already have sharpened — used on the menu, the website and every social post.
  • AI banner and welcome image The wide picture at the top of your website, delivered in three sizes for phone, tablet and desktop — and good enough to reuse on social media.
  • AI share image The picture people see when your link is pasted into WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or a message. No link with a grey box beside it.
  • AI SEO optimiser Checks every title, description and image text on the site each day at 5:00am and fills in whatever is missing — so a menu you edited yesterday is caught up overnight, all at once. You can also run it yourself any time you like.
  • AI-readable menu files llms.txt and llms-full.txt are kept on your site so ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and the other assistants can read your website and your whole menu quickly, and quote your dishes and prices correctly.
  • Menu designer and print files Eight real restaurant looks, your own dishes, prices and photos, A5 portrait or landscape, one menu per language, and an A4 print PDF. Fifty menus a month are included.
  • Food photo studio Every dish missing a photo, made in one run in the same house look — 100 photos at setup, then 50 a month.
  • 12 supported languages · 7 available to guests English and six fully translated languages — Thai, French, Russian, German, Chinese and Italian — are on for guests. Hindi, Arabic, Malay, Indonesian and Hebrew are off and hidden from guest menus.

Every image is 100% yours. Generated here, owned by you, used anywhere — menu, website, social posts, print, a flyer on the wall. No watermark, no licence to buy, no credit line.

And the menu changes twice a year, not once. Normally that means a designer, a proof, a reprint and a wait, every time. Here you change the dish, press generate and print the pages you need — in the same look as the last menu, without paying anyone to redraw it. That is the part restaurant owners tell us they notice most.
