Responsible AI

Clear about where AI is used.

AI should make service faster and work more useful—not obscure responsibility.

Where we use AI

AI may assist guest answers, content creation, workflow routing, analysis and product experiences. Demonstrations use example data, not live business policies or availability.

Human review and handover

AI assistants identify themselves, use approved knowledge and provide a clear route to a person. Sensitive, uncertain or exceptional requests should be escalated.

Limitations

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. We do not allow a system to invent hotel policies, prices or availability. Unresolved questions should be logged for review.

Data handling

Deployments should minimise personal data, use defined retention settings and restrict access according to business roles.
